Mango Lassi

Mangoes are good for your heart, eyes and skin…

Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes, large
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 banana, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. honey (optional)
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. cardamon 
1/4 tsp. ginger powder

Method
Peel and dice the mango.
In a blender add: diced mango, plain yogurt, banana, honey, turmeric, cardamon, ginger powder. Blend all ingredients together and serve.
